VidCon is a yearly convention held for people who love online videos and elite online influencers.

In 2015 the Best Buy Studio Lounge was the marquee destination for them to relax, hang out and create & broadcast content during the conference. The exclusive, invitation only lounge provided a unique experience for guests to discover and demo the latest products offered at Best Buy to enhance their social media presence. Premier brand partners, such as GoPro, provided their latest products during the daily livestream broadcast.

The Best Buy Studio was the perfect setting for guest interaction with nonstop hospitality and engagements including the GoPro concierge, 3D Robotic drones and the latest in 4K television as well as other technologies and cutting-edge prizing.

In 2016, Best Buy took over the Palisades Ballroom at the Hilton Anaheim and used it to gift featured VidCon creators while they were waiting to be taken to their speaking and meet & greet engagements.

Once an hour a prize was awarded to a randomly drawn Creator. The Creator then had the opportunity to prompt their fans to participate to win that same prize.

Creators left the experience excited about winning and feeling good about Best Buy and the amazing Best Buy brand partners that were a part of the VidCon sponsorship.
